• Planning services for technical systems (§ 55 HOAI) The subject of this tender is the planning services for the technical equipment, system groups 1, 3-4. The municipality of Eppelborn intends to carry out renovation and conversion work on the Borrwieshalle in Dirmingen (for more details see Annex 1_VgVBorrwieshalle_Explanations-Zuschlagskiterien). The specific scope of the work depends on which funding program the measure can be co-financed through. On the one hand, an application for funding was submitted to the federal program “Renovation of municipal sports facilities” (SKS). A funding rate of up to 75% is possible in this program. The focus is on the sustainable renovation of sports facilities, especially taking into account accessibility and energy efficiency Optimization and clear sporting use of the hall. Alternatively, there is the possibility of funding through the “EAFRD” program (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development). This program focuses on the Creation and maintenance of village community facilities. The maximum funding amount here is around €830,000. The absolutely necessary renovation measures would be implemented as part of EAFRD funding. The scope of the project in the federal program SKS is more comprehensive than in the EAFRD program.
