Description:
In a parallel procedure, a solution proposal (project sketch) to impart a design idea for the construction of the sports and leisure pool in Villingen-Schwenningen must be made. The subject of this procedure is the Europe -wide allocation of planning services for the Technical building equipment according to HOAI 2021, Part 2, Section 1, §§ 53 ff in two lots. Los 1 (HLS) includes the plant groups 410, 420, 430, 470, 480, lot 2 (Elt) comprises the plant groups 440 and 450.
