The subject of this procedure is the Europe-wide allocation of planning services for technical building equipment in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 2, Section 1, §§ 53 ff in two lots for the construction of a new sports and multi-purpose hall in Mosbach. Los 1 (HLS) includes the plant groups 410, 420, 430, 470, 480, lot 2 (Elt) comprises the plant groups 440 and 450.
