Description:
The subject of this procedure is the award of planning services for the renovation and conversion of the listed cultural center Frankentalstrasse 3 in Stolberg. The contractor is commissioned to provide the basic services of planning the technical equipment according to HOAI 2021 for the system groups 410, 420, 430 and 480 (service phases 1 to 9) as well as the agreed special services. As part of the integral planning, the contractor carries out a comprehensive inventory and requirements assessment. Possible expansion scenarios must also be checked and the respective interfaces included document the planning. The aim is to restore, modernize and reorganize the building complex in a sustainable manner as well as flood protection measures. The renovation is to be carried out in several construction phases. The sections not under construction will continue to be used can.
