• Description:
• The subject of this award is the planning services for the technical equipment in accordance with Section 53 HOAI for the replacement building of the changing room and grandstand facility at the Glashütter Weiher sports park in Stolberg. The project includes the complete redesign of the building services systems for a modern sports building. A particular focus is on the implementation of a sustainable energy concept with a heat supply made from 100% renewable energies (heat pump technology) to achieve this KfW Efficiency House Standards 55. The planning includes system groups 1 to 6 and 8 (wastewater/water systems, heat supply, ventilation technology, heavy current, telecommunications and IT systems, conveyor systems and building automation). The planning is carried out integrally using BIM methodology (3D modeling). The subject of the tender is the gradual commissioning of planning services the technical equipment according to HOAI §§ 53 ff. The further performance phases (level 2: LPH 4 to LPH 7, level 3: LPH 8 to LPH 9) are optional and accessed individually or in blocks if the budgetary requirements and the funding commitment are met.
