• Description:
• The district committee of the Darmstadt-Dieburg district, climate protection, infrastructure, location development department, is looking for an office for the planning of the traffic facilities LPH3 to LPH5 § 47 HOAI for measure B 38 Groß-Bieberau bypass. The bypass of Groß-Bieberau is listed as a priority in the 2030 Federal Transport Infrastructure Plan. The B 38 in Groß-Bieberau currently runs through the city center for a length of 2.2 km. After the line confirmation has already taken place (completion of the service phase 2 “Preliminary investigation”) by the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV), the planning project should now be further planned in accordance with service phases 3 to 5 performance profile of traffic facilities in accordance with HOAI. The traffic system planner accompanies the project until planning approval decision and then continues the implementation planning (LPH 5) up to the level of detail required for the structural implementation. The bypass is intended to significantly relieve traffic through town and thus improve traffic safety in the area Improved local location and reduced existing noise and exhaust pollution for residents.
