Description: The aim of the planning in the existing “Friedrich Fröbel” daycare center is to add one storey height to the single-storey intermediate wing. At the same time, the existing entrance area is to be changed and expanded with the addition of another storey. The day care center is a type 100/64 from the 1960s. The intermediate wing is currently provided with a roof terrace and is laterally bounded by a two-story building section with a flat roof. On the ground floor there is the entrance area with an open space for movement, the kitchen, children's kitchen, a house connection room and various storage rooms. The planning includes all construction and building services. The existing fire protection issues must be taken into account in the planning and these must be adapted for the addition and expansion of the day-care center.
