- The present order for gardening services and green space maintenance includes the provision and care of all plants in the interior of the base building from the shared apartment to the 6th floor as well as the care of the outdoor beds on the four terraces on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Outside the building on the shared apartment level and No services are to be provided on the EC. Specifically, the order includes the following service packages: • Rental of healthy and well-maintained plants including suitable plant containers in the interior of the base building throughout the year; • Annual care of the outdoor beds on the terraces The information in accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 VgV can be found in the attached service description.
