Description:
Stadtwerke Achim AG is planning a new single-story building as an extension for the warehouse and workshop building at Gaswerkstrat3e 7 in 28832 Achim. The new building (construction phase 2) is approx. 55.6 m long in a north/south orientation and has a width of approx. 12.00 m. The storage area will be in elevated and Heavy duty rack warehouse and a small parts warehouse with one level. In the southern part of the building there is a technology and training room and a training workshop. The building is supplied with heat via an existing district heating pipe. The building network is by means of a The heat exchanger is hydraulically separated from the district heating network. The heat is transferred via 5 ceiling radiant panels measuring 6000 x 1200 mm and 14 profile radiators. Three internal rooms are mechanically ventilated, the remaining rooms are naturally ventilated.
