The retention room (RHR) Will have a retention volume of approx. 14 million m3 to approx. 510 ha. The polder consists of a variety of individual measures.
Process package VP602 scaffolding, room, sealing, plumbering and facade work. The tender consists of the following essential work:
Building office and visitor center Consisting of two building units in wooden frame construction with wooden facade and green roofing.
Main building as offices with interior design as drywall and solid wood ceilings.
Outside building as a warehouse with a light and vehicle hall without interior design.

Outside building converted Room 1650 m3
