The state of Schleswig-Holstein is planned to build a new police station in Europaallee 22 in the Garstedt district in Norderstedt. The construction project is implemented in the BIM method as a pilot project of the state buildingThe GMSH. The former tax office of the city of Norderstedt is currently still on the planned construction site of the new building. The dismantling/demolition of the building takes place as a leading construction measure as part of the overall project.
The demolition building is a 2-storey building based onUnder-cellar building from the 1960s with a connection to a 1-storey cultivation.
Due to the interface between the demolition of the building and the production of the construction pit for the new building, the early coordination with the planning participants for engineering, structural and building planning isrequired.
The new building is planned as a block edge development to the plot of land 24 above. An underground car park is planned in the basement of the new building.
In the construction of the police, the content of the criminal police station and the city of Norderstedt's police station must be planned. TheRecognized space requires a total of 2234 m2 Nuf 1-6, of which 1,100 m2 of the police station and 1,134 m2 are to be assigned to the police station.z...
