The performance includes the complete dismantling of buildings D, E and U, the professional disposal of the demolition materials and the restoration of the area surface. The area to be cleared comprises approx. 2,030 m2. The buildings have so far been a location

The performance includes the complete dismantling of buildings D, E and U, the professional disposal the demolition materials and the restoration of the surface of the terrain. The area to be cleared comprises approx. 2,030 m2. The buildings have so far as Warehouse building used.
As part of the dismantling planning, studies on components and installations were carried out in the building stock, in which due to an initial suspicion had to be expected with built -in hazardous substances. The following components containing pollutants were among other things found:
• Asbestos -containing joint pouring mass
• Asbestos -containing barrier layers
• Plates made of asbestos cement
• Asbestos -containing electrical coach
• Tea -containing roofing felt
To Dangled -free implementation of the normal trades in the further construction process is necessary for an early pollutant renovation. The following documents were in Frame the planning phase created:
