Description: The Fraunhofer Institute for Material and Beam Technology IWS would like to purchase an industrially stable polygon scanner for laser micro-processing with the following performance requirements.
The polygon scanner for laser microprocessing is intended as a mobile system for various laser systems such as B. short pulse laser systems with a medium power of up to 300 W / IR and ultra-short pulse laser systems with a medium power of up to 1 kW / IR can be used. The optical and mechanical properties of the polygon scanner system should be adaptable for different focal lengths (F theta optics).
