Description:
Delivery of polymers flocculusic liquid polymer for the static thickening of secondary sludge in the thickening system. Delivery mainly with tanker trains with approx. 20 mg of product, usually in a quarterly cycle. Delivery of 1,000 liter containers (IBC containers) in justified Cases.
- expected amount of active substance (delivery with tank train): approx. 32,000 kg/year,
- Propertive substance amount (delivery in IBC containers): approx. 5,000 kg/year.
Polymers flocculant to the secondary sludge thickening
In the sewage plants, the large lobe falls when cleaning the wastewater Secondary sludge in the biological cleaning level with a solid content of approx. 6-10 g/l TS (MW 7 g/l ts).
The secondary sludge is after the addition of polymer flocculation agents in static thickeners (2 x 4,500 m³) thickened to a solid content of 4.5 to 5.5 % TR. Additionally become 100m³/h secondary sludge in a decanter centrifuge thickened to approx. 7.0 % TR
For the storage of liquid flocculation agents, a product main tank (20 m³) and a product tank is (10 m³). The tanks are filled by tank vehicles via a filling connection in the outside area on the building of the main sludge pumping station.
