- Project reason TenneT needs a portfolio management system (PMS) to support electricity trading in the short-term market (day-ahead and intraday) in Germany. The aim of the tender is to procure a powerful PMS to support electricity trading. According to the architectural According to TenneT's specifications, the solution should be cloud-based, preferably operated in the bidder's cloud. In coordination with TenneT, deployment in the cloud of a third-party provider (e.g. Azure) or at TenneT is also possible. The system must enable the management of multiple portfolios and the Support processes for participation in day-ahead and intraday auctions as well as continuous intraday trading. The system is used in the area of electricity trading and has to cover the following main functions: - Portfolio management - Connection to the electricity exchanges - Trading overviews & GUI - Algo trader/trading support in continuous intraday trading - Data management - Reporting & analysis - Billing - Schedule management Scope of services - Provision of a COTS software solution (licenses) - Support & maintenance of this solution (maintenance) - Hosting of the solution - Application Management Services - Consulting and training services Procedural information A detailed service description and other procedurally relevant documents will be provided after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
