- The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, for Sport and Integration, which is represented by the Upper Palatinate Police Headquarters, intends with this award procedure to "supply electricity for the delivery years 2026/2027" to tender the supply of green electricity to some of its subordinate departments in three lots. Lot 1 - Regensburg area The contractor is responsible for supplying electricity from renewable energies (green electricity) to the properties of the Bavarian Police in the Regensburg area within the jurisdiction of the Upper Palatinate Police Headquarters. The contractual partners agree on a full electricity supply including use of the network (so-called all-inclusive electricity supply contract). The contractual partners agree on a full electricity delivery including network use (so-called All-inclusive electricity supply contract).
