This solution shouldIn the areas of corporate-wide requirements management and qualification of IT solutions, in the classic and hybrid and agile project implementation and in portfolio control in the sense of prioritization of projects, the aggregated views on the portfolio of ongoing and upcoming projectsAnd the management of their dependencies. Controlling several independently of one another should be possible.
The implementation is based on existing working methods in the form of Signavio processes, a portfolio management manual and the current project processingMicrosoft means such as MS SharePoint and teams that are to be integrated on a work level.
