Description:
The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks is planning to accommodate the Max Rubner Institute, a Federal Research Institute in the area of responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, the implementation of a new building in Kiel of a research and administration building on the property in Bremerskamp in Kiel an der Ohlshausenstrasse in the immediate vicinity of Christian -Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel (CAU).
The planning, construction as well as the maintenance and operating services of the building and the outdoor facilities are to be transferred to a private partner as an owner model as a private partnership. An operating and maintenance term of 30 calendar years is planned. The technical, ecological and economic quality is particularly important here. It is at least one silver certification according to BNB new laboratory building, version bnb_ln 2020, for the building; The outdoor facilities are not certified according to BNB outdoor facilities, but based on the criteria version BNB_AA V2016, they are to be realized in silver in order to achieve the sustainable qualities in the outside.
