Description:
As part of the open procedure, an SIC crystal breeding system is advertised.
Pr950270 - SIC crystal breeding system (OV)
The Fraunhofer IKTS (hereinafter ikts) plans to buy a crystal breeding system for development work and to manufacture silicium carbide inscstalsa diameter of four to six inches. The main focus will be on the build-up of a suitable hot zone and in the area of development of suitable educts will be in the area of the development, the impact of which on the quality of the crystal growth process. The system is as a research and development unitare operated on the IKTS.
The temperature to be used must be at least 2,400 C. The energy entry must be carried out via inductive heating. The temperature measurement takes place at least one point via pyrometer. Argon and nitrogen are used as process gas. The system mustFor the crystal breeding process, a pressure from 1 to at least 20mbar with an accuracy of at least +/- 0.07mbar can control.
The construction of the hot zone must be carried out regardless of the location of the system. This means that the system has a possibility for removal, transport and preciseTo be positioned to be installed. At the installation location, the ceiling frame should not exceed 2T/m2.
