- We are the Fraunhofer Institute for ENAS electronic nanosystems. Our core business is the development of smart systems - so -called intelligent systems for different applications. The systems combine electronic components, micro and nanosensors and actors with interfaces for communication. Fraunhofer Enas develops individual components, the technologies for their production but also system concepts and system integration technologies and transfers them to practical use. The ENAS receives a new coating system from LAM Research. To operate this system a pre -pump (IXM200) and a cryocompressor (9600) including accessories are required.
