- Practice year U 19 pursues the goal of gradually introducing young people to the labor/ training market, ideally about the production of training maturity and the subsequent admission of vocational training. It is always geared towards the respective person and their level of development;It is flexibly designed and guarantees a company -related qualification through product orientation and through cooperation with companies in the economy. One of the most important tasks is to give participants the opportunity to give their skills, skills and intereststo check and evaluate with regard to a possible choice of career, to orientate yourself in the spectrum of suitable professions and to make a professional election decision - the participants the necessary knowledge and skills for the inclusion of initial vocational training (possibly alsoby acquiring a secondary school leaving certificate) or - if this is not (yet) possible - to convey to the admission of an employment and - to add the participants to the training and/or labor market as sustainably as possible. The "practical year U19" is in company -like structurescarried out. As part of its pedagogical method, it aims at market -oriented production or service in the customer order in order to initiate learning processes based on this. Working and learning takes place in terms of content and pedagogically.
