Description:
Dismantling and pollutant removal
The five applicants with the highest overall points will be invited to submit an offer
for the 2nd stage. In the event of a tie, the lottery will decide.
Clearing out, gutting, removal of pollutants, selective dismantling and disposal of the emerging buildingsubstance above GOK of the three existing buildings. Complicating framework conditions:
- Simultaneous construction site operations to the infrastructure measures taking place before and parallel to the demolition
- Highly sensitive cultural assets in the depot areas in the directly adjacent building 4.
- Limited access and exit optionschances to/from the construction site.
In all demolition buildings there are polluted materials of various quality, including, among others:
- firmly and weakly bonded asbestos uses (e.g. uses of fiber cement, stone wood screeds, fillers, plasters, waterproofing membranes, fireschatch flaps and doors, technical textiles in the form of cords and fabrics, roof sealing membranes, flat gaskets, etc.)
- Materials containing KMF (e.g. insulation of pipes and ventilation lines, impact sound insulation, insulation of lightweight walls and ceilings, etc.)
- PAH -contaminated/tar contenty materials (e.g. sealing membranes, tar cork, etc.)
- PCB-contaminated materials (e.g. joint sealants indoors and outdoors, etc.).

- Total converted space/gross volume according to DIN 277:
