Description:
The precision cutting machine is to be used to produce X -ray optics from single -crystals (in particular, silicon and germanium).
The precision cutting machine is to be used to produce X -ray optics from single -crystals (in particular, silicon and germanium).The cut quality and positioning accuracy of the workpieces is therefore important for the production of X -ray optics.
The cut quality is decisively determined by storage, speed and cooling of the separator. A bilateral storage of the separator leaves reduces the swingingof the separating grinding sheet and reduces the depth of interference in the workpiece output material. It is therefore absolutely necessary to store the separating grinding sheet on both sides. In order to achieve low surface disorders when separating loops, the speed and the coolant must be variable.
