1. Preliminary remarks in accordance with the law on the admission of refugees, late -relocated and immigrated persons from abroad in the state of Brandenburg as well as for the implementation of the Asylum Competitive Performance Act (state recording law - Laufng) are the admission, preliminary accommodation and The migration -specific social support of the persons mentioned in § 4 runNG as well as the implementation of the Asylum Seekers Benefit Act of public tasks, which are transferred to the districts and independent cities as mandatory tasks for fulfillment according to instructions.
