  The German Federal Pension Insurance intends to the implementation of a procurement procedure for the construction site equipment/construction logistics trade. This includes the following partial services:
  - construction fence;
  - Construction logistics, construction road, construction logistics personnel, construction site security, construction sign, traffic signs;
  - construction electricity, construction water;
  - Sanitary containers, accommodation containers as an operator model;
  - Access and access control.
  The client awards the aforementioned partial services as a total award, as a combination the partial services are necessary and, in the overall view, technical and economic reasons i. S.d. Section 97 Paragraph 4 Sentence 3 GWB present, which justify a combination of the partial services.
