Description:
Expansion of the Max-Weber School . Address: Fehrenbachallee 14, 79106 Freiburg . Building data Expansion: BGF approx. 3,750m2, BRI 15,680m³ . Construction projects: 5-storey extension in reinforced concrete construction with exposed concrete walls, 20 classrooms & 2 adjoining rooms, new underground technology center ( + Change of existing heating & further use as interim heating), escape staircase across all floors with a conveyor system, storage rooms in the basement, components covered at passive house standard (sputics, green roof + photovoltaic), decentralized ventilation systems per classroom, redesign and Restoration of the outdoor facilities. The construction work must be carried out when the school is operated.
Description of the procurement: roof sealing and insulation work of flat roofs and ceilings of underground components:
Bitumen sealing approx. 1,300m2 total roof area, of which approx. 730m2 UG ceiling, thermal insulation with gradient training (mineral wool) approx. 560m2, extensive green roof approx. 560m2 with substructure for photovoltaics, RWA 1 pc, processes for drainage and emergency drainage, downpipes on the outside, Attica sealing and reinforcement with integration Railing structures.
Emergency seal under facade framework as a preliminary measure in November 2025.
Execution main canopy in the spring of 2026.
