Description:
The AG is planning the replacement building of Haus Alpha for the Christian Maria Montessori primary school in 09456 Annaberg-Buchholz, Robert-Blum-Str. 27a. It is a three-story building. HLS It is a three-story building. The preliminary information concerns the work required for the water supply and wastewater disposal systems, the heat supply technology and the air conditioning technology within the building. There are around 80 furnishings such as toilet facilities, urinal systems, Washbasin systems with associated pipe systems. A pellet furnace with an output of approx. 110 kW and the associated fuel transport device are provided for the heat supply. A pipe network of approx. 750 m is planned for heat distribution. The Heat is transferred with approx. 60 radiators and approx. 1,500 m² of underfloor heating. An air conditioning system with approx. 3,100 m³/h will be installed in the cloakroom as a supply and exhaust air system with heat recovery.
