- Preparation of the design document for the construction of a parking deck in Weetzen / Ronnenberg The plan is to create a design document for construction and then create a functional service description for a subsequent one General contractor assignment. The Hanover region is planning to build a parking deck or parking garage in the city of Ronnenberg OT Weetzen. The parking deck is to be built on the site of the existing park and ride area at Weetzen-Westseite train station become. In the immediate vicinity, the Hanover region is currently planning to build a new depot for regiobus Hannover GmbH. In addition, a new road maintenance department is being built in the immediate vicinity. The one currently available The park-and-ride area includes approximately 196 parking spaces and is located on the southeastern edge of the future depot area. The traffic access is currently via the street “An den Kleingartens” with one entrance and one exit each. Start of planning: November 2026 Building application: March 2027 Construction start: September 2027 Completion: July 2028 The costs were determined in September 2025 based on the concept study of flat-rate area/cost approaches. The preliminary cost framework based on a Calculation according to DIN 276 amounts to approx. 8.5 million euros net.
