- Preparation of preliminary test documents for the approval and construction of a fissile waste storage facility in the laboratory wing M The offer includes the creation of approvable preliminary test documents, support of the approval process, and the creation of the Tender documents and support in the award of contracts for the construction and commissioning of the wing-M fissile material storage facility of the JRC Karlsruhe. Based on an existing concept plan, the following documents and evidence must be provided: a) the Draft planning with the necessary system descriptions, design calculations (heat dissipation calculations, shielding calculations, criticality calculations and stability proofs according to KTA 2201), plans and drawings as well as safety-related proofs for safe storage and handling (facilities for transport to and from the warehouse as well as loading and unloading the warehouse) in accordance with the quantities of fissile material for Wing M listed in the permit, b) the creation of the VPU based on the design planning and supporting the approval process until the approval process is completed, c) the creation of the production documents, d) the preparation of the tender documents for implementation and support in the awarding process.
