- In accordance with Section 7 of the State Recycling Management Act (LKrWG), the public waste disposal authorities (oerE) in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate prepare a balance sheet on the preparation for the reuse, recycling, other utilization and disposal of the waste entrusted to them Information about their type, quantity and whereabouts. According to Section 8 LKrWG, the Central Office for Hazardous Waste prepares an annual balance sheet on the type, quantity and whereabouts of hazardous waste waste ("Hazardous waste balance").
