• Description:
• The preservation of evidence takes place through the initial preservation of evidence before the start of all construction work and a final preservation of evidence after completion of the construction work. Separate expert reports on the condition and damage assessment must therefore be carried out for the initial and final evidence. The contractor must inspect the individual structures, traffic areas, facilities and the associated rooms, create a building description, photograph the condition and summarize the results in documentation. The documentation also includes all facades, Terraces, access paths etc. to be recorded. All visible damage must be documented photographically. If new damage is discovered to the structures, traffic areas and facilities during the construction period, there is the option of the contractor providing an expert opinion on the cause of the new damage Damages and a cost determination for the elimination of these damages are commissioned separately. The contractor must sign the documents prepared by him as the "author".
