Description: The Böblingen district office intends to outsource a large part of its printing services and services. The district office strives to reduce the print volume in order to save costs and to the greatest possible extent digitize the print service and to work as paperless as possible. To digitize the printing process, a web portal with template creation and the possibility of internal and external accounting and billing should be used. We are looking for a provider for order processing of large print runs, special formats or with increased quality requirements, as well as the most extensive digitization of the printing process. The future provider must provide a connection to a web portal for order processing. The district office in Böblingen intends to conclude a framework agreement for the printing service with a contractor for the basic term of 2 years with the option to extend it twice by a further 12 months.
