- With this tender, Managed Print Services (MPS), consisting of a new device fleet, MPS tools and services including 48 months, will be procured service for the client at fixed price conditions. The EVB IT rental contract to be concluded serves in addition to the procurement of new onesDevices also:
• Future -proof device administration with adaptation options for technological developments with the client throughout the contract.
• Future-proof MPS solution with adaptation options for technological developments with the client duringthe entire contract term.
• Cost savings through optimized rental conditions
• Provision of MPS tools, introduction of a central device administration and a central device management
The dismantling of the old devices is carried out by the old service provider and until the end of the contractbe completed. The client intends to complete a full-service rental model for a managed print services.including 48 months service on site for the client at fixed price conditions.
