Description:
The subject of the service to be awarded is the supply of the VIACTIV health insurance company, including branch offices, with network-capable multifunction systems (printing, copying, scanning) and central management of these devices in the form of a rental concept (full service). The contract term is 60 monate. The contract is extended by 12 months if it is not terminated in writing at least 3 months before expiry. The delivery, instruction of the users and maintenance must take place in the form of a complete service. The rental concept must include the following services. • waitng • Repairs • Replacement of consumables (except paper) • Automatic error and function monitoring of all systems. In addition to the network capability of all devices, the multifunction devices should have the "Scan to Mail" and "Scan to Folder" functions. Furthermore, the devices mustte be equipped with the "trusted printing" function. This software shall be multi-vendor capable.
