Description:
The Federal Office of Justice intends to award the printing, enveloping and postal dispatch of letters in administrative fines, debt collection and EU enforcement assistance procedures as well as for the collective action register in four lots in an open procedure. This lot 1 includes the services printing, Enveloping and shipping for letters from the collective action register listed. The specific requirements for the services required can be found in point 3.2 "Quantity structure" of the service description. In order to provide the service, the business process must be completely electronic Data submission can be implemented via printing, enveloping, shipping and electronic return of the shipping information; In addition, a requirement specification must be kept for the entire business process. The client would also like to make use of the following services as an option (see also points 3.7.3 to 3.7.5 of the service description): • Software development to adapt the existing electronic interface, • Development of a new interface, • Technical support, • Test support and consulting services. The contract term of the newly awarded contract begins on May 1, 2026 and ends on April 30, 2030.
