Description:
Duesseldorf Airport is the fourth largest commercial airport in the Federal Republic of Germany. The annual passenger number for 2023 was around 19 million passengers with a service volume of 179,903 PRMs. For the year 2025 there will be a passenger volume of around 20 million passengersexpected. For the fixed contract term (March 1, 2025 - February 28, 2029), an average PRM support volume of 210,301 processes is assumed. For the proper operation of such an international airport, the proper care of people with erestricted mobility ("PRM services") is an important concern. A service provider is therefore sought for the accompaniment, support and assistance of disabled air travelers and air travelers with restricted mobility. From the contractor, everything should be the responsibility of Duesseldorf AirportThe obligations arising from Regulation (EC) 1107/2006 are assumed internally.
