Description:
The city of Muelheim an der Ruhr (client) intends to offer employees (collective staff (tariff employees and civil servants) through deferred conversion. This is the collective agreement for deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public Service (TV bicycle leasing) and the State Salary Act of North Rhine-Westphalia (LBESG NRW). A uniform provider (lessor and service service provider with specialist dealers and insurance service providers) is to be found to ensure a uniform offer of off-the -esses. Lessee Should not be the employees here, but the client who provides the service bike to employees as part of a handover contract. The subject of the tender is therefore a framework agreement on the provision of bicycles by leasing (Partial amortization leasing) in accordance with TV bicycle leasing and § 2 Paragraph 2 LBesG NRW for the purpose of providing employees for business and private use, including insurance, training and services (in particular processing of the order, return and damage processing processes, Maintenance and repair, accident management and provision of an online portal). The framework agreement does not justify a claim for a certain annual quantity. A minimum acceptance amount is not agreed. The estimated acceptance quantity is 780 bicycles. A binding applies Maximum bar boundaries of 1,560 bicycles.
