• Description:
• Conception of the refrigeration system as a heat transfer system. 3 propane cold brine generators on the roof of the building, each with its own dry cooler. Total cooling output approx. 360 kW. Supply of all NK cooling points via the cold brine produced in this way as a water-glycol mixture. Design of the pump groups redundant. Integration of all deep-freezing and quick-cooling applications via individual CO-2 cold generators as cold brine cascades. Heat recovery on all CO-2 cascades and use of waste heat for your own warm brine circuit Defrosting and as a provision for feeding into the building. Cooling of the already procured food distribution trolleys and dishes in cold rooms. Cooling of the food on the food portioning belt using open air curtain coolers and our own cold brine cascade with lower system temperature. Modern CO-2 cooled blast chillers as hand-held units, drive-in units and drive-through units with a connection to the cooling room behind them for finished products. CO-2 cooled ice storage to supply the Agitator boiling kettle during the cooling process. Refrigeration supply for a cafeteria on level E0 of the kitchen building, which was also renovated at the same time. Cold rooms in modular design with a conventionally manufactured floor structure. Control and monitoring as well HACCP documentation of the entire system via your own system control including remote access and visualization.
