• The Association of Replacement Insurance Funds e.V. (vdek), represented by the head of the Hamburg state representation, acts as the lead for the health insurance companies and health insurance associations in Hamburg: The subject of the contractor's services is the processing of the contractual medical consultation requirements and vaccine procurement (hereinafter referred to as consultation hours requirements) in the area of ​​the Hamburg Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians from January 1, 2027. The contractor takes over for the client in accordance with the provisions of these Agreement on the review, payment and cost allocation of the statutory medical consultation requirements in Hamburg. This applies to all consultation hour requirements of the contracted doctors participating in the contracted medical care in Hamburg for the treatment of the groups of people named in the agreement on the statutory doctor's prescription for consultation hours, which is issued from January 1, 2027.
