- The Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) intends to procure a total of 250 user licenses for Nextcloud Enterprise Premium including service and support for a period of 3 years. Against the background of increasing digitalization and the increased need for mobile work, Especially in digital collaboration with external parties, the need for various collaboration options within the company has increased significantly. Accordingly, a proof of concept (PoC) was created with the Nextcloud Enterprise collaboration platform in the web DMZ (a network zone with connection to the outside). Various applications are available with this platform. The most important functionalities of Nextcloud Enterprise Premium are: - shared file storage (uploading and downloading files) and the possibility of having your own workspace with corresponding Assigning roles and rights and creating expiry dates - synchronous editing of office documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) with versioning in real time - groupware (calendar, contacts, chat), chat messages can be converted directly into tasks and linked to files. - Project management (Nextcloud Deck), task management and a customizable dashboard provide an overview of important information such as appointments and messages. The contract term for the service is 3 years and begins with the award of the contract (probably) in the 51st week of 2025 and ends in the 51st week of 2028. Invoicing must take place annually.
