- The subject of the procurement is the delivery of four articulated electric buses. The client understands buses with a purely battery-electric drive to be vehicles that draw their driving energy exclusively from traction batteries and are stationary for the purpose Operational use can be charged with electrical energy via a plug-in system. The client's operating concept envisages the use of vehicles that have a mileage of at least 200 km over their entire service life (at least 10 years). a load can provide. It should be noted that all communication about the project process takes place in German language and writing. This means that the applications for participation and the offers as well as all attachments, evidence and declarations etc. must be written in German script. When initiating the participation competition, the client expressly points out the provision of Section 55 SektVO and that it intends to take advantage of the possibility under Section 55 Paragraph 1 SektVO to make use of it, provided appropriate offers are received. The vehicles must be delivered by June 30, 2028 at the latest. The client points out that the vehicles are publicly funded and that there is a risk of the funding being lost if delivery is delayed.
