• Procurement and implementation of resident management and financial accounting software in the form of a cloud solution Procurement and implementation of new software for resident administration/client management including invoicing as well as for the Financial accounting as part of a cloud solution The Youth Welfare Service South Lower Saxony e. V. needs resident management and appropriate financial accounting software to digitize over 20 specialist services with a wide variety of inpatient, outpatient and advisory services according to SGB VIII (§§ 17, 18, 19, 27, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34, 35, 35a, 37a, 42, 42a SGBVIII as well as §41 and 41a in conjunction with §§ 29, 30, 34, 35a SGBVIII) in different forms and designs, offered within the framework of §54 SGB VIII in conjunction with §§ 1773, 1774, 1809 BGB as well as measures according to §78 SGB IX and measures according to §§10, 23, 45, 47 JGG, which at the same time must meet the special requirements of the different specialist services that are at the interface between different social systems work.
