- The procedure is carried out as a competitive dialogue in accordance with Sections 97 ff. GWB and Section 18 VgV. Since the procedure is not technically available for selection on the procurement platform, it is called a negotiated procedure with a participation competition. The client intends one To conclude a technology partnership for angiography systems. A total of four angiography systems are to be procured: • Two cardiological angiography systems (monoplan) for cardiology (cardiac catheter laboratory), clinic facility. • A radiological angiography system (monoplan) for the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Clinic facility. • A radiological / neuroradiological angiography system (biplan) for the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, clinic facility. New devices are required. The ones offered Systems are equipped with the latest software and hardware versions and the highest level of technological development. Efficiency in operation and maintenance and guaranteed spare parts supply for as long as possible. The future supplier should take over the delivery and device installation. Floor plans are attached to the tender documents. In addition to the usual work planning for the devices, the planning services include floor plan planning and the corresponding radiation protection specifications for structural radiation protection. Provision of information about the static requirements the transport route and the installation location for the angiography systems and their technology as well as the planning of the introduction of the devices. The instruction and training of the operating personnel as well as the fulfillment of the connection requirements for integrating the new systems into the in-house IT environment must be ensured.
