Description:
The order to be awarded includes the following services:

a) Delivery performance of 107 Automatic passenger counters including the associated background system. Installation and commissioning in 107 vehicles. The detailed technical requirements are defined in the service description. Goal isto obtain reliable passenger numbers to determine traffic demand on the lines concerned. In a first step, the passenger numbers serve planning purposes to check and design the public transport offer. In the future, the data obtained should be used for the application of the intakeas well as passengers about the timetable information to provide information on the utilization of trips for the purpose of individual travel planning. The delivery takes place on the basis of an "EVB-IT purchase contract with maintenance" for the hardware and an "EVB-IT transfer agreement withCare "for the software.
B) The delivery of all devices should be completed by the end of the Christmas holidays 2025/2026.
C) In order to maintain the delivered devices, a maintenance and maintenance contract is made between the client or the transport company and the contractor (in accordance with sample" EVB-IT purchase contractwith maintenance ") completed with a term until 31.12.2031.to...
