- The clinics of the city of Cologne gGmbH (hereinafter here) intends to procure 730 DECT telephones of the type? Avaya 3735? and 200 associated avaya charging shells. The delivery must be carried out at least 6 weeks after receipt of the surcharge letter. The AG is a hospital with three locations and 1,403 plan beds a critical infrastructure. The definition of the aforementioned products is justified, since the procurement is an expansion of the existing telephony infrastructure. This consists of three networked DECT systems, distributed to the 3 locations of the AG. These systems are homogeneous Avaya systems. The DECT model "Avaya 3735" is the only device that enables seamless integration into this infrastructure without additional interfaces, gateways or adjustments. The AG has over 3000 devices of this type. The DECT telephones are also directly connected to the internal clinic alarm system, which is used for time-critical emergency reports (Z.?B. Reanimation alarm). The "Avaya 3735" fully supports this alarm protocol and enables prioritized and acoustically differentiated Signals. A switch to another device would mean a security risk of the entire alarm system. The "Avaya 3735" also meets compelling hygienic and medical requirements (Z.?B.
