- As part of this tender, an external service provider is looking for the operation of a Security Operations Center (SoC). The SOC is intended to ensure comprehensive protection of the IT infrastructure of the Neu-ITEC and its customers, recognize potential threats at an early stage and initiate suitable reaction measures. The goal is a permanent, risk-oriented safety monitoring in compliance with recognized standards (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS-2 directive, etc.). The SoC must be available 24/7 and both technical and organizational measures to protect the client's IT systems. The networks of the environments are segmented. The "Requirements.XLS" file lists the minimum requirements for the services to be provided in individual positions. Step 1 of the procedure: The project will be in a negotiation procedure across Europe carried out with upstream participation competition.
