Procurement of a cloud-based software solution for the outsourcing management of the Deutsche Bundesbank (analogous to MaRisk AT 9)
The Deutsche Bundesbank intends to introduce a cloud-based software solution in order to make outsourcing management efficient and to meet the new regulatory requirementsRequirements of the minimum requirements for risk management (MaRisk) AT 9 (Circular 10/2021) transferred accordingly to the Deutsche Bundesbank.
The target group of this project is the central procurement department. The F will also need usage and access rights in the futuredepartments, the data protection officer, the internal audit department and the central legal department. The software solution is the central outsourcing management in the implementation of strategic goals through, for example, suggestions for contract texts, an overview of risks and causes that are typically associatedoutsourcing and support a test scheme for categorization.
With a software solution, outsourcing and further outsourcing in particular can be controlled transparently and in accordance with the rules.
The application for participation is aimed at applicants who have the requirements described in this documentoffer and agree to fulfill the framework conditions.
