- Expression of Interest are invited for Procurement of Corporate Voluntary Medical Insurance for Np of Giz Ukraine After the procedure of qualification of Applicants for compliance with the criteria established by GIZ, a list of qualified Applicants will be formed for the further invitation to participate in the tender for the procurement of voluntary medical insurance services. Applicants who do not meet any of the criteria listed in Annex 1 "Terms of Reference" will not be included in this list. All Applicants will be informed about the results of the selection by e-mail specified in the contacts β’ Outpatient and Clinic Services (Medical Consultations, Laboratory / Instrumental Diagnostics, etc. β’ Hospital Aid (Conservative or Surgical Treatment) β’ Emergency Care (Medicom, Dobrobut, Emergency Medical Assistance, etc.) β’ Dental Care β’ Payment of Medicines and Consumables (Ukraine and Abroad as Well) β’ the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Critical Diseases (Tuberculosis, Diabetes, Oncology Benign and Malignant Tumors - up to the Insured Sum) β’ Expansion of the Gynecology Services β’ Possibility to Call a Doctor in the Office and Provision of the Sick Leaves, in Case of Necessity β’ Alternative Treatment (Massage - 10 Sessions a Year, Acupuncture - 10 Sessions a Year, etc.) β’ Health Examination of the Employees (once Per Year) and Other β’ ΠΎN-Line Consultations of the Insured Persons, Regardless of Their Physical Location (in Ukraine or Abroad), by a General Practitioner and Narrow Specialists (Gynecologist, Gastroenterologist, Endocrinologist, Others) in a Convenient Format (Video, Audio, Chat), the Possibility of Issuing Prescriptions that Allows to Buy Medicines Abroad. The Full List of Medical Services that are to be Provided under the Contract by the Insurance Company will be Contained in the Insurance Program
