- In the G3 presentation, a variety of DNA, RNA and PCR samples with a bioanalyzer for quality control of molecular biological work are characterized. This serves, for example, to control the BP length of a PCR product for subsequent work such as the sequencing of 16S RDNA, one Check successful adapter division or to determine the integrity (RNA Integrity Number) of an RNA extract.
