Description:
The Grossmitz administrative community intends to purchase a document management system (DMS) in order to optimize the administration, storage and processing of digital and physical documents. The aim is to make workflows more efficient, to implement digital filingand to meet the legal requirements for document archiving. The negotiation talks are expected to be planned for the 27th and 28th KW 2025. Max. 1000 points in the participation phase (phase 1) can be achieved. To submit the offer (phase 2), those applicants are requested thatwhich meet all formal requirements and exclusion criteria, as well as a minimum score of 600 points (from possible 1,000 points) and use the number of aptitude points 1 to 3. If several applicants (e.g. 3. and 4. position) the sameReaching points, the lot decides on their placement. Thus, a maximum of three applicants are requested to submit the offer.
